WH warns against "jumping to conclusions" on Boston suspects' background

White House press secretary Jay Carney, asked about speculation that the Boston bombing suspects were connected to a larger terrorist network, declined to comment, explaining, "There is some danger in making -- jumping to conclusions, making judgments based on new information that may or may not be true or partial information that will be developed further as time goes on."
