MTV changed music forever in the 1981 when they debuted the first music video to hit the network, “Video Killed the Radio Star.” The original VJ’s, Nina Blackwood, Alan Hunter, Martha Quinn and Mark Goodman all sat down with “omg! Insider” and dished about what it was really like to be pioneers in music television and they talked candidly about the darker side of fame. Now, they are releasing a book, “VJ: The Unplugged Adventures of MTV’s First Wave,” letting everyone in on their adventures since hitting it big more than 30 years ago.
