Music's Hit-makers Descend On Brooklyn For MTV's Video Music Awards

by Wochit 0:59 mins

Even if the hotly rumored 'N Sync reunion doesn't happen, the MTV Video Music Awards are shaping up as Justin Timberlake's night. You wouldn't think a sci-fi comedy like The World's End would be so dangerous to make. Well, it was. Simon Pegg says he suffered at least one really painful injury. "I broke my hand during a stunt," he said at the movie's recent Hollywood premiere. "I broke my finger. I bent my finger so far sideways that it snapped the back of my hand. I had a spiral fracture in my fourth metacarpal." Lee Daniels' The Butler is a box office champion for the second week in a row. The historical drama and much buzzed about Oscar hopeful took in some $17 million at the box office, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
