Khloé Kardashian is looking better than ever thanks to a proper exercise routine and healthy eating. While she's “the first to admit that changing your diet is hard AF,” she says she feels “so much better” when she eats right. To help fans kickstart their diets as well, the reality star took to her website – khloewithak.com – to share a few of her tips. For example, instead of serving a cream cheese-based dip at a party, the 32-year-old suggests setting out high protein hummus instead. And when you’re craving Italian cuisine, reach for zoodles rather than noodles. “White pasta is high in refined carbs, which means it won’t keep you full for very long,” she writes. “Vegetable noodles made from zucchini or squash are so much better for you and taste just as good with tomato sauce.” Check out this video to hear what Khloé suggests eating when your sweet tooth gets the best of you, and tune in to “The Insider With Yahoo” on TV tonight for the latest in entertainment news.

Now watching Up nextKaty Perry Is A ‘Pretty Normal’ Kinda Gal, Loves Panda Express
Katy Perry may be a global pop superstar, but at the end of the day she claims she's really not all that different from the rest of us. The "Rise" singer called in to Elvis Duran’s Z100 morning show on Wednesday and opened up about how she manages to stay "pretty normal" for a celebrity. "I had Panda Express for dinner last night,” she revealed. “I was really craving orange chicken and the funny thing is, I'm in the middle of a record process, so I'm like, 'OK, maybe I need to get that body back.' I don't know, that's not like a first thought, maybe it's like the fifth thought in my head, and so I've been eating really well for breakfast and lunch but I'm like, 'Oh, that orange chicken glaze!'" Succumbing to cravings isn’t the only normal thing about Katy. In addition to driving herself everywhere, the native Californian says she still records a lot of music in her hometown of Santa Barbara and even rides her bike to the studio “singing the whole way there like a little weirdo.” Katy is fully aware that her situation is a bit unique, telling Duran she’s “in somewhat of an inhuman experiment,” but thanks to the help of tools like therapy, she seems to be “surviving it.” And we’d have to agree. With three albums under her belt, and a fourth on the way, Katy is already one of the best-selling artists of all time. “I think I was put on this earth to lift people up and elevate people and I do that through my messages,” she explained of her music. Still, Katy has her weaknesses (like Panda Express) and says there is one type of message she has a tough time delivering. Check out this video to find out what she struggles with when it comes to writing music, and tune in to “The Insider With Yahoo” on TV tonight for the latest in entertainment news.
