Jon Stewart Points To Recent SCOTUS Rulings to Make Conservatives Feel Better

Conservative Americans did not enjoy the Supreme Court rulings that came at the end of June, bemoaning the decisions that helped save Obamacare and that granted marriage equality to gays and lesbians. Fortunately, they have their good ol' buddy Jon Stewart and The Daily Show to make them feel better. Stewart pointed out a couple Supreme Court victories for the right. One was a ruling that allowed continued use of midazolam, a controversial sedative used in executions, and the other was a ruling that struck down the Environmental Protection Agency's power plant regulations. Said Stewart, "So, yes, gay people have the right to marry and poor people have the right to insurance, but on the bright side, Americans can still kill prisoners painfully and everyone else slowly. Yay."
