Zoe Lister-Jones joins Broadway cast of 'Seminar'

NEW YORK (AP) — Zoe Lister-Jones, who plays a bit of a high-strung wreck on the TV series "Whitney," is about to join the Broadway cast of "Seminar" as, yes, a high-strung wreck.

Lister-Jones, whose theater credits include "The Little Dog Laughed" and "The Marriage of Bette and Boo," takes over the part of Kate from Lily Rabe beginning April 3.

In Theresa Rebeck's play about the soul-torturing world of authors, four budding writers are taught about life by a crass, pugnacious novelist-turned-tutor.

Lister-Jones will be joining newcomers Justin Long and Jeff Goldblum, who is taking over the role of Alan Rickman. Two original actors, Jerry O'Connell and Hettienne Park, are sticking around through the transition.
