Academy Award nominee Carey Mulligan is now a married woman!

The "An Education" actress tied the knot on Sunday, saying "I do" to boyfriend Marcus Mumford in a custom-made Prada dress boots. The British-born actress was prepared for April showers on her wedding day, and she paired her cream-colored wedding gown with pink Wellington rain boots to keep her feet dry. The couple, who wed at Stream Farm in Somerset, England, began dating early last year and announced their engagement in August. Despite their relatively short courtship, the Mumford & Sons singer (24) and "Pride and Prejudice" star (26) have been longtime friends, and actually began their relationship years ago as childhood pen pals!

Among the estimated 150 guests at the country wedding were the couple's close friends Sienna Miller, Colin Firth, and Jake Gyllenhaal.

While we wish the cute couple a lifetime of love and happiness, here's a look at some other celebrities who have recently tied the knot.

Looks like singer Neil Diamond is hoping the third time's the charm. The 71-year-old singer wed his fiance and manager Katie McNeil (42) in Los Angeles on Saturday. The "You Don't Bring Me Flowers" singer announced the couple's engagement last September, tweeting that he was "lovestruck" and sharing a photo of his bride-to-be. This is the first marriage for Katie and the third for Neil; the groom has four children - two sons and two daughters - from his previous marriages.

Earlier this month, "Dancing with the Stars" finalist Ricki Lake (43) eloped with her fiance, Christian Evans (40). In a truly intimate ceremony, the couple tied the knot on a beach in California, with only the minister and their two dogs in attendance. Lake, who has two sons with ex-husband Rob Sussman, said her experience on "Dancing" was partly behind her decision to elope. She explained, "I felt like I was a princess twice a week. I got all the attention and the accolades and I didn't need that on my wedding day. I really wanted it to be about us." Though she invited her two sons, Milo (15) and Owen (10), they were staying with their father on the weekend of the wedding, and Lake joked that they were more concerned with missing the cake than the ceremony.

Musician Dave Haywood, a member of the country group Lady Antebellum, also said "I do" this month. The 29-year-old married his girlfriend of seven months, Kelli Cashiola (29), on a farm outside Nashville, Tennessee. The super-romantic groom proposed creatively last December, spelling the words "Will you marry me?" in Christmas lights outside her house.

Actor Chris Noth, who will forever be known as "Mr. Big" from the series "Sex and the City," took the plunge in Maui earlier this month, tying the knot with fiance Tara Wilson. Noth (57) first met Wilson (30) when she worked at his New York City bar, The Cutting Room. The pair began dating in 2002 and announced their engagement in 2009. The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Orion Christopher, in January 2008.
