Reese Witherspoon's recent arrest keeps coming back to haunt her. Hours after the Oscar winner offered a sincere mea culpa for her behavior on Good Morning America, a dash-cam video filmed during the April 19 incident has surfaced on TMZ.com.

Reese Witherspoon: I told cop I was pregnant during arrest

In the video, Witherspoon is seen raising her voice to a police officer and tells him that she's an American citizen when she ignores the arresting office's instructions for her to stay in the vehicle. Witherspoon's husband, Jim Toth, asks her to calm down, but she then alleges she is being harassed by the officer as he is arresting and hand-cuffing her. "Do you know my name? You're about to find out who I am," she is seen telling the officer. "You are going to be on national news."

Witherspoon and Toth were pulled over in Atlanta after an officer noticed Toth weaving in and out of lanes. Witherspoon was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Toth was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
