The Voice: Rob Thomas to Help Make Beautiful Music for Team Cee Lo
Matchbox 20's Rob Thomas is joining The Voice as a new guest mentor for Cee Lo Green's team, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
"I'm really excited to work with Cee Lo and love the idea that I may be in the room with a future superstar that the world has yet to discover," Thomas told Us Weekly, which first reported the news.
Mary J. Blige joins Adam Levine's team on The Voice
Thomas joins previously announced new guest mentors Michael Bublé (Team Blake) and Mary J. Blige (Team Adam). Last year, Team Cee Lo included Ne-Yo and Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds.
The Voice returns on Monday, Sept. 10 at 8/7c on NBC.
