V. Stiviano Allegedly Assaulted in New York City, According To Lawyer

V. Stiviano, the associate of LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling who caught his racially inflammatory comments on tape, was assaulted by two men in New York City and called racial slurs, her lawyer said on Sunday.

Attorney Mac Nehoray told Radar Online that Stiviano was ”punched her on the right side of her face several times.” The alleged perpetrators, he said, “were about 5-foot-7 and they knew exactly who she was. They began to hit her and called her the N-word.”

A police report was not immediately filed, her lawyer said, because “she had to get out of there.”

The incident was alleged to occur at approximately 7 p.m. EST in the Meatpacking District section of Manhattan.

While Stiviano was able to get away from her assailants, Nehoray said Stiviano's face was “extremely red” and later saw a doctor for her injuries.

Stiviano entered the news cycle for recording the LA Clipper's controversial comments which led to him being banned for life from the NBA, but has come under recent fire for her own comments about black people.

Sterling's estranged wife Shelly agreed to the sale of the team last week to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for a reported $2 billion. Two neurologists also have deemed Sterling to be mentally incapacitated, leaving Shelly Sterling to handle the sale of the team.
