Tori Spelling, Rachel Zoe, and Kristin Cavallari all received fabulous push presents.

Now that's a thank you gift!

Tori Spelling is the latest celebrity mom to receive a post-childbirth "push present' from her significant other. The mother of four was recently surprised with a massive 10-carat Neil Lane ring from hubby Dean McDermott, in honor of the birth of their son, Finn Davey. Though it is a little late (Spelling gave birth in August, then endured a lengthy hospital stay due to complications), the sparkler more than makes up for it in uniqueness and sentimental value.

According to Neil Lane, the ring is a truly special piece that originated in China in the 1920's; it features a cabochon-cut jade stone set in delicate gold filigree. The jeweler received a call from Dean, who said "he was really late but he wanted to get Tori a very special push present to celebrate the birth of baby Finn."

Lane praised McDermott's choice, saying that "Tori loves green, she loves perfectly rounded stones like this one and the abstract floral style is just beautiful." Tori seems to love the gift, and she recently shared a photo of the ring, along with a scarab bracelet, on her blog.

So-called "push presents" are becoming something of a tradition, both with celebrities and the rest of us mere mortals. Here's a look at some of the more interesting baby gifts received by Hollywood moms.

Kristin Cavallari

After giving birth to son Camden Jack, Kristin Cavallari got a gray [Hermès] Birkin bag from fiance Jay Cutler, 29. The 26-year-old star of "The Hills" and "Laguna Beach" welcomed her baby boy in August 2012; the first-time mom recalled the birth, saying that "[labor] pain was like nothing I've ever experienced." Cavallari began dating the Chicago Bears quarterback in 2010, and they announced their engagement in April 2011; they split two months later, but reunited in November 2011.

Rachel Zoe

Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe made room in busy schedule to become a mom, so hubby Rodger Berman made room in the bank account for a $250,000 10-carat Neil Lane diamond ring. Berman reportedly picked out the massive emerald-cut stone on his own, and it met with the approval of his uber-particular, fashion-savvy wife. The couple married in 1996, but Zoe, 41, delayed having children due to her hectic career. The pregnancy and birth were documented on Season Four of their reality show, "The Rachel Zoe Project," and their son Skyler Morrison made his big debut in March 2011.

Jessica Alba

Mother of two Jessica Alba gushed about her baby gift at a 2012 Golden Globe after party. The "Fantastic Four" star and hubby Cash Warren welcomed their second daughter, Haven Garner, in August 2011. The 31-year-old said, "For my push gift, Cash gave me a really beautiful Hilary Tisch's edgy and really cool." The couple wed in May 2008, and they welcomed their first daughter - Honor Marie - a month later.

Kourtney Kardashian

In the August 30th issue of US Magazine, Kourtney Kardashian spilled the beans about her extra-special push present from boyfriend Scott Disick. To commemorate the birth of their second child, daughter Penelope Scotland, Scott gave Kourtney a pair of diamond stud earrings that she absolutely loved. The 33-year-old gushed that she'd "wanted them for so long," so it sounds like Scott picked the perfect gift. There was also a vacation to look forward to, since a few months later the couple took a romantic trip to Paris with their 3-year-old son, Mason.
