Tori Spelling Meets with Dean McDemott's Ex Mary Jo in the 'True Tori' Season Premiere

Tori pays Mary Jo a visit in the season premiere of True Tori.

As Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott try to move past his cheating scandal in True Tori's second season, Tori paid a visit to Dean's ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace, who shed some light on Dean's possible motives.

The last time Tori sat down with Mary Jo was eight years ago around the time she wed Dean, and Tori had to admit that the warning's she received did end up coming true.

"You could say, 'I told you so,'" said Tori.

Mary Jo never did.

"I don't hate Dean," said Mary Jo. "I mean, he's a total nob. I know that, but he's your nob now."

Dean left Mary Jo for Tori, but when people referred to his cheating on Tori as karma, Mary Jo refused to celebrate their marital struggles.

"It doesn't make me feel any better," said Mary Jo.

In the clip, Mary Jo gave Tori a moving letter that Dean wrote to Mary Jo just before he met Tori.

Tori read the letter silently to herself. After finishing it she said quietly, "It's just hard to think you could tell someone this one day and then months later it just changes so drastically."

At the end of their conversation, Tori was left with more questions, as she struggled with the possibility that Dean married her thinking it was a way to get wealthy.

"He ended up with nothing because my dad didn't leave me anything," said Tori. "If that's what he was looking for -- a free ticket -- it didn't work out."

True Tori premieres October 21 at 9/8c on Lifetime.
