She's baaaack! Oprah Winfrey kicked off the New Year with a new talk show-and it's got people talking!

On the premiere of "Oprah's Next Chapter," the still-reigning Queen of Talk sat down for a two-hour interview with Aerosmith front man- turned "American Idol" judge, Steven Tyler.

The interview kicked off with some behind-the-scenes footage of Tyler at home, including a look at his morning ritual of jumping into the waters outside of his lakefront home in Sunapee, New Hampshire. We also got to meet the family-- well, at least his daughter, Mia, sister Linda and longtime love, Erin.

And while Tyler's infamous "Idol" quotes include ditties like "Did you eat a lot of paint chips as a child?," you ain't seen nothing yet. A sneak peek into his personal life showed a side of him few fans have seen before.

Here are the Top 10 Steven Tyler quotes from his interview with Oprah:

"It's not baaaaaad!" -- Steven Tyler, toting the merits of goat milk, which he served to his family with a scrambled egg breakfast during Oprah's visit.

"It used to be cool to hear that, now it kinda hurts." -- Tyler, after Oprah talked about the rocker's long history of drug and alcohol abuse and pondered if anyone has done more drugs than him.

"To be with somebody when they die is one of the most important things you can do on the planet. To help them out."-- on sitting with his father, Victor Tallarico, as he died, just days before the interview.

"How are the ratings?"-- what Tyler asked former "American Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi, before he signed on as a judge on the show.

"I'm going to follow this grunch, this grinch, I mean this grump, who likes to put people down." -- on taking a judging spot on "American Idol" following the departure of Simon Cowell. He called Cowell's harsh judging style "really not nice."

"Half these kids that we send home are twice as good as Janis Joplin was when she sang her first note. Or I was. I look at these kids and I go, 'Oh, my God, I really sucked.' I would have gotten thrown off the show. All these kids need is two to three years of clubs and they could be as good as anyone out there." -- on trimming down the "American Idol" talent pool

"When we made love we cried-and after that we had a kid." -- on crying when each of his four children were conceived.

"I don't want to hurt anybody again. For all the divorces I've had, I hurt those girls deeply. There was some behavior that I'm ashamed of and I shouldn't have done."-- on his now-monogamous lifestyle with fiancé Erin Brady.

"You are so nice. You're a magical child. I can tell. I am so lonely in life. I have no friends like you. I'm alone."-- Steven Tyler to Oprah, as they cruised in his vintage car.

"I think I put together the beauty of Mother Nature and music and somewhere in that I felt the presence of God."-- Steven Tyler on feeling God in his music, to which Oprah replied, "I think God is the music."

"Oprah's Next Chapter" airs on Sunday night on OWN.
