It looks like Justin Bieber finally got a watch.

The 19-year-old arrived right on time to his concert in Cape Town, South Africa, on Wednesday night, which was the latest stop on his Believe tour.

Despite the fact that his concert went on without a hitch, the teen heartthrob has been peppering headlines with various fiascoes that have followed him throughout his European tour. Check it out!

London

The "Boyfriend" singer's time in London was full of adventure. He passed out on stage during one gig, and he was two hours late for another.

Lisbon

Portuguese fans were none too happy when the Biebs had to cancel one of his Lisbon shows. "Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second performance in Portugal, on March 12. The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on March 11," his rep assured ticket holders.

Vienna

The drama followed Justin right on into Austria. He reportedly was banned from Passage nightclub after his bodyguards allegedly smashed cameras, destroyed cellphones and may have groped young female fans.

Stockholm

All those rumors about the teen idol smoking weed came to a head when reports surfaced that marijuana was allegedly discovered on the singer's tour bus in Sweden. However, since no one was on the bus during the search when the drug was found, no one was charged.

Dubai

Props go to the touring performer for sticking with the motto "the show must go on" when an overzealous fan rushed the singer while he was performing on stage. While security hauled the suspect off, Justin continued with the show as if nothing happened. "Dubai. Nothing stops the show. 2 more to go. #Believetour," tweeted the star. However, speeding his white Lamborghini through the streets of Dubai didn't win him kudos, and he received several fines.

Justin's next gig on May 12 in Johannesburg, South Africa, is his last before he heads back to the states for the American portion of his tour, which debuts in San Diego on June 22.

Will this mark the end of Bieber's drama? We'll have to wait and see.
