As viewers wait for the season premiere of "Teen Mom 2" on November 12, the cast members manage to stay in the headlines. So here's what's new this week.

Leah Messer is expecting baby number three!

Messer, mother to twins Ali and Aleeah (their dad is Leah's ex-husband Corey Simms) just announced that she is expecting baby number three this winter with husband Jeremy Calvert. Leah, 20, made the announcement as previews for the new season show the couple struggling with the aftermath of her miscarriage back in January. In a statement to US Weekly, Leah said, "Jeremy and I are excited to be adding a new addition to our family. Being a teen mom was difficult, but I'm older and in a different place now -- married to Jeremy and excited for our family to grow." She also added that her daughters cannot wait to meet their younger brother or sister. Jeremy and Leah were married in Kentucky last year after she divorced Simms in another dramatic arc for the show.

Is Gary Shirley dating daughter Leah's babysitter?

Drama is never far away from Amber Portwood's life, and reports came out today that her estranged former fiance, Gary, is now dating Leah's babysitter Kelsi Bowden. Bowden, who was originally hired as Leah's caretaker, has been rumored to have taken her professional relationship with Gary to the next level. Apparently, Amber is unaware of this and it's even reported that Leah has been referring to Kelsi as, "Mommy." Amber is currently serving a five year prison sentence for drug charges and violating probation. Last week she received the good news that Leah would now be visiting her, after she revealed in her TV special with Dr. Drew that she hadn't seen the three year old in months.

So there's your "Teen Mom" update for this week. What do you think of Leah's announcement? Even though she's no longer a teenager, is she still setting a good example? And what about the continued drama in Amber's life? Should Gary be allowing little Leah to call another woman, "Mommy?" One thing is always for sure with this group, drama never goes away for long.
