And despite being the world's most lusted after tween singer, TheInsider.com can exclusively reveal that Taylor beat The Biebs by a wide margin. In fact, Justin only snagged 10 percent of the votes, placing him sixth behind Taylor (#1), Katy Perry (#2), Adam Levine (#3), Usher (#4) and Rihanna (#5).
