This week’s Spoiler Party is all about the drama, with fresh scoop on the season finales of Glee and Degrassi; the season premiere of Pretty Little Liars; and a look at what’s to come on new episodes of Jane By Design and The L.A. Complex. There are high moments, low moments — and in the case of Jane‘s Billy (Nick Roux) – incredibly awkward moments. Let’s begin!
Glee
Get those tissues ready, Gleeks, because the May 22 season finale of Glee is going to be a tearjerker. The seniors say goodbye to McKinley High — in an episode appropriately titled “Goodbye” — and Jane Lynch gave us a preview of her role in the hour. ”There’s a little story line for each of them,” Jane told us May 14 at the The Cinema Society & Shiseido’s screening of Virginia, sponsored by Grey Goose. “My story is with Quinn, Dianna Agron, and I have what I thought was a really beautiful scene with her.” Crap, I’m already getting all misty eyed.
Jane By Design
ABC Family’s quirky dramedy returns June 5, and like creator April Blair told me back in March, there’s a bit of a time jump. Two months have passed since Billy confessed his love to Jane (Erica Dasher), and even though he’s been locked up in a juvenile detention center, two things haven’t changed: his feelings for Jane — and his gravity defying haircut. So will Jane return his affections? You’ll find out when she picks him up on the day of his release!
Pretty Little Liars
“Ezria” fans rejoice! Pretty Little Liars executive producer Marlene King is fully aware that you want to see Aria (Lucy Hale) and Ezra (Ian Harding) get all hot and bothered in season three — and she’s delivering. “Ezria spoiler: make out scene in 301 is 35 seconds of hot” she tweeted May 16. (Oh, Marlene, have I told you lately that I love you?)
The L.A. Complex
A third party gets involved in Tariq (Benjamin Charles Watson) and Kaldrick’s (Andra Fuller) down-low romance on the May 22 episode of The L.A. Complex – but it’s not what you’re thinking, trust me. Let’s just say we’ll see an even darker side of the King come out when he suspects that Tariq has told someone about their relationship. And the confrontation ends… pretty terribly.
Degrassi
We all know the “Frostival” is going to be a big night for Fiona (Cristine Prosperi) and Fiona (Annie Clark), but there’s another couple in question on the May 18 season finale: Clare (Aislinn Paul) and Eli (Munro Chambers)! So will they finally reunite? Sadly, it doesn’t sound like we’ll get a final answer this season. “They’re so cute, but you still don’t know how it’s going to end,” Cristine tells me. ”Clare doesn’t know what she wants, and Eli doesn’t know what he wants. So we’ll still have to wait and see if they get together in the end. I know the fans want them together.”
