But if the tables were turned, which musician would you vote to assume the presidency? That is the exact question iHeartRadio asked its listeners in this month's poll and the results are rather surprising.

Taking the top spot, with 18.5 percent of the vote, is Bruce Springsteen! Guess all that singing about blue collar workers gives him an excellent grasp of the jobs market!

And it looks like Tommy will still be working on the dock come November 6 because his biggest supporter, Jon Bon Jovi, came up short in second place garnering 16.5 percent of the vote. Third place went to Jason Aldean (15 percent) while Taylor Swift was the first female to rank on the list (fourth place with 11.7 percent) and Jay-Z rounded out the top five with 10.9 percent of the vote.

Jay's first lady, Beyonce, was in sixth (with 7.2 percent) and Katy Perry slid into seventh (6.6 percent). The Little Monsters were only able to rustle up 4.9 percent of the vote for Lady Gaga, while the politically inclined Billie Joe Armstrong placed ninth with 3.1 percent of the vote, and America elected Cee Lo Green as their favorite Voice mentor, as he was the 10th singer (3.1 percent) you'd most like to see in The Oval Office.
