The Metropolitan Police Department of Nashville issued a report to ET saying that White, 26, allegedly caused an evacuation of the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel by pulling a fire alarm at around 2 a.m. According to police, White -- appearing "extremely intoxicated," according to the report -- then allegedly tried to escape by cab, but a citizen reportedly kept the cab at the hotel.

The report goes on to state that White then kicked the citizen an attempted to escape on foot. In the middle of his attempted getaway, White reportedly fell, struck his head against a fence and was later hospitalized, the report states. White has been released from the hospital on his own recognizance, according to authorities.

Although the police report states that the citizen declined to prosecute White for assault, arrest warrants for the snowboarder were issued this morning after he "refused to sign misdemeanor citations."

UPDATE: On Tuesday, White issued an apology on his Facebook, writing: "I want to apologize for the unwise choices I made over the weekend and for any inconvenience it caused my family, friends, business partners, the hotel and their guests. I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I'm truly sorry for my poor behavior."
