Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively Buy a $2 Million Country Home & Other Celeb Real Estate News

It's getting serious! Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are apparently getting serious, according to People. The couple - dating since the fall - moved in together into a pricey country home in upstate New York.

"The house cost more than $2 million," a source told the magazine. They're apparently enjoying the recreational activities the town has to offer, too: They've been spotted around town doing everything from grocery shopping to horseback riding to dining at the Bedford Post Inn.

All together now: Awww!

They didn't buy it together, though - a source told E! Online that the house actually belongs to Lively.

"Blake bought the place in Bedford earlier this year and has been spending almost all her time there since 'Gossip Girl' went on hiatus. Ryan lives there, too."

This isn't the first time the couple has contemplated property together. The were spotted looking at a swank New York City apartment in late 2011. The cost for that one? A reported $4.5 million, so the country home is actually more budget-friendly. They must have decided against it, because a source told E! that Lively now only stays in hotels when she's working in NYC.

Who else has the property bug in Hollywood? Plenty of celebs are wheeling and dealing.

Jennifer Aniston

Actress Jennifer Aniston might not be engaged to boyfriend Justin Theroux yet, but she is shedding her commitment to property in New York City. The actress sold her two pre-war West Village condos for $6.5 million to a mystery buyer. Think she scored on the sale? Think again: She actually paid $7.1 million for the properties in 2011.

So, why did she sell? Living in New York was like living in a fish bowl, she said.

"We tried New York," the actress, 43, told People in March. "It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I grew up in and knew."

Instead, she purchased a 8,500-sq.-ft. mansion in Bel Air with Theroux for the hefty price of $21 million. And you thought your $200,000 house was nice?

Ricky Martin

Singer and actor Ricky Martin - currently performing on Broadway in Evita - just sold his $10.6 million dollar home in Miami after five years on the market. Martin bought the home in 2005 and put it on the market in 2007 for nearly $16 million before dropping the price. Jay-Z and Beyonce reportedly looked at the pad last year, according to TMZ, but there's no proof that they're the ones who wrote the check to Martin.

Martin is reportedly a shrewd real estate investor - he's flipped several Miami Beach homes for a profit in recent years and also reportedly owns a 2,637-sq.-ft. condo in NYC that boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, according to celebrity real estate blog The Real Estalker.

Must be rough, eh?

Do you think Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are moving in together too quickly?
