Rick Ross, Young Jeezy Fight Backstage at BET Awards: Report

A fight reportedly broke out Saturday night during the taping of the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta.

According to TMZ, Rick Ross, 36, and Young Jeezy, 34, got into an altercation backstage. Security reportedly separated the rappers after they began pushing and shoving each other.

But TMZ reports that a member of Ross' entourage allegedly pulled out a gun in the parking lot and shots were fired. It is unknown if the man was arrested, but Jeezy and Ross reportedly finished taping the show -- which airs next month.

"There was some kind of commotion and fight backstage and security broke it up. The next thing everyone knows, the real cops show up and the whole place is on lockdown and everyone is told not to move and stay where they are," a witness tells Us Weekly.

As for the reported gun shots, the source tells Us, "Nobody heard it so who knows. The show is done taping now."
