Reese Witherspoon welcomed a new baby this week!

Reese Witherspoon is a new mom once again after the blonde beauty welcomed son Tennessee James into the world. This is the first child for Reese with husband Jim Toth. The Oscar winner has two children from her previous marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe. The new baby's name is a nod to the state where Reese spent most of her time growing up, and it's clear that Reese has a lot of love for the Volunteer State.

"It reminds me of growing up in Tennessee, where we spent all day outside," she previously said when talking about her California home. "I wanted my children to have that experience, to get muddy and hang out with the animals. … It's like having a little bit of Tennessee in California." Reese's new addition is the latest celebrity baby to be named in an honor of a state. Here are a few other famous offspring to be named after one of the 50 states.

Alabama Barker

Rocker Travis Barker and model Shanna Moakler have had a turbulent relationship over the years, but they have managed to bring two kids into this world together. After son Landon was born in 2003, the couple welcomed daughter Alabama a little more than two years later. During the short-lived reality series "Meet the Barkers," a newborn Alabama was shown in the final episode.

Indiana Hawke

Oscar nominated actor Ethan Hawke has four kids, including two with current wife Ryan. His youngest child, a daughter named Indiana, just celebrated her first birthday this summer. The actor, who also has two kids with ex-wife Uma Thurman, is incredibly proud of his growing brood. In 2006, he said that parenting was "the only role that, if I fail, I will consider my life a failure."

Georgia Geraldine Dane

The former "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane is pretty creative when it comes to naming kids. The actor, who is married to Rebecca Gayheart, welcomed his second daughter last December. Not only did he manage to give her a somewhat traditional girl's name, but he also managed to give homage to a Southern state. Eric, who left the hit ABC show this summer, is going to have Georgia on his mind for the rest of his life.
