It was a down night overall on Tuesday, but one struggling show did inch up: The Mindy Project.

The comedy drew 3.2 million viewers and a 1.7 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, up two-tenths from its last new episode two weeks ago. It was the only show of Fox's lineup to improve Tuesday.

10 Bubble Shows: Which will survive?

NBC topped the night with The Voice (11 million, 3.8), up from its special Thursday results show last week, but down from its previous Tuesday show. Go On (6.3 million, 2.3), The New Normal (4.7 million, 1.8) and Parenthood (4.7 million, 1.8) all slipped a tad.

ABC had a mixed bag: Dancing with the Stars (11.9 million, 1.9) rose a tenth, Happy Endings (4.8 million, 1.4) was flat, while Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (3.2 million, 1.1) and Private Practice (3.7 million, 1.1) hit series lows.

CBS was the most-watched network of the night, but NCIS (16.9 million, 3.0) and NCIS: Los Angeles (15.7 million, 2.8) both hit season lows.
