Randy Travis

Randy Travis may have a problem with alcohol. The country singer was arrested on Tuesday night in Texas on suspicion of DWI after crashing his car into barricades in a construction area, according to TMZ. Cops were called when motorists spotted Travis lying naked on the road.

A bruised, scratched and nude Travis was later booked for the DWI and a "retaliation and obstruction" charge, because he threatened to "shoot and kill" the cops. He was later released on $21,500 bail.

The arrest marks the second time the "Forever and Ever Amen" singer has been arrested this year. Travis was also booked on public intoxication charges in February after he was found drunk outside a church. He later apologized to fans for the incident.

Let's hope Travis uses this as a wakeup call to get some help, though it might take more trying if these celebrities are any indication.

Lindsay Lohan

Think of celebrities and DUI and you probably think of Lindsay Lohan. The "Liz & Dick" actress has been arrested twice for DUI, both during the summer of 2007. The legal problems surrounding the arrest would drag on for years, thanks to Lohan's apathetic attitude toward the court. She was again arrested in May 2010 for missing a court date - she was partying at the Cannes Film Festival instead.

Think that's all for Lohan? Uh, no: The actress was again arrested in February 2011 for swiping a necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store and later sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service. The court later found her in violation of her probation when she didn't compete the required community service and alcohol training.

But, she seems to have it together now, though: Judge Stephanie Sautner ended Lohan's supervised probation in March after she completed her court-mandated community service. She will remain on probation until 2014, though.

Rapper DMX has been arrested at least 13 times for charges ranging from cocaine possession to reckless driving. His most notorious arrest came in 2004 when he crashed his car into a security gate at New York City's JFK airport and told a security guard that he was a government official. That wasn't the only time he impersonated a law officer, though: The rapper also ordered a man out of his car and identified himself as a FBI agent. He even joked about it during an interview, though he later told Dr. Drew Pinsky that he regretted it.

Bobby Brown

New Edition bad boy Bobby Brown has been arrested a whopping seven times over the past couple of decades, including a 2003 charge for hitting then-wife Whitney Houston. He's also been busted for speeding, marijuana possession and driving without a license.

He was also busted for DUI in March - his second - after cops near Van Nuys, Calif. spotted him talking on a cell phone while driving.
