Playmates Discuss Hugh Hefner Charm

INDIANAPOLIS – Hugh Hefner has been handling his high-profile split from fiancée Crystal Harris by showering his Playmates with a series of romantic gestures and gifts.

Ahead of the Playboy Super Bowl party at the Bud Light Hotel, two of Hefner's favorite Playmates, Alison Waite and Tiffany Selby, revealed how the 85-year-old coped with the heartbreak of being ditched by Harris through proving he is as much of a charmer as ever.

"We all know he is a ladies' man. He is Hugh Hefner," said Waite. "He is such a romantic. He really believes in love. He loves love. I just can't gush enough about him. He is such a warm character.

"I have seen him write cards, poems, anything sincere. He is just very genuine. He does give bunny necklaces, diamond bunny necklaces."

"He is such an amazing guy," added Selby. "He has such a huge heart and is so giving. He has no ego. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought he would be a little stuck-up. But he is genuinely the nicest guy ever."

The Playboy party promises to be the hottest event of Super Bowl week, with 16 Playboy Playmates and a string of celebrities on-site in downtown Indianapolis.
