Lacey Chabert celebrated her 30th birthday over the weekend.

This weekend, both Pippa Middleton and Lacey Chabert stunned in sparkly little black dresses. But who wore it better?

Pippa Hits the London Nightclub

This weekend, Pippa celebrated the opening of a new London club.

The royal in-law looked gorgeous in her sparkly black mini-dress.The dress had a low-cut scoop neck, a fold-over waist and a sheer hemline that showcased her fabulous long legs.

She complemented the ensemble with a long chain necklace, and cute little ankle boots. Her black clutch displayed a dainty gray-patterned trimming. She also wore a black blazer while outside.

Lacey Brings In the Big 3-0

Friday night, Lacey celebrated her 30th birthday at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

The "Mean Girls" star donned a sizzling sparkling black number. The dress also had subtle splashes of color, providing texture to this dress from different angles. The body-hugging shape and low-cut scoop neck showcased her figure and toned body.

Lacey complemented the ensemble with big silver rings, a thin bracelet, and studded earrings. She also wore dark gray platforms and matching black toe-nail polish.

The Verdict

Both ladies looked fabulous. The dresses were stunning and figure-flattering.

I really liked the length of Pippa's dress as well as the sheer hemline. I also liked the long necklace because it provided a focal point for the ensemble.

The one minor criticism I had was the ankle boots. They would have gone better with long pants instead of a mini-dress. She might have looked better in dainty heels.

Meanwhile, I loved the shape of Lacey's dress, particularly the scoop neck. I also liked how the different colors provided a subtle contrast to the black. My one gripe with the ensemble is the length. It's always a little tricky to wear dresses that go just past the knees. Unless you're 5 foot 10 or taller, that length sometimes breaks up the continuity of the legs.

Who wore it better? It's a toss-up, but I'm going with Pippa. The length of the dress was the deciding factor.
