Nicole Richie may have once been a wild child, but she's since grown into a chic and stylish woman as evidenced by the March cover of Ocean Drive magazine. She now has two fashion lines and two kids by husband Joel Madden. In the accompanying interview she talks about her younger days and says " You have to remember that I was 20 years old. I don't know anybody who can look back at who they were at 20 and say, 'I'm the exact same person.' It's all about evolving and growing." Such true words. Other than doing the cover and interview with Ocean Drive, what else has she been up to lately?

Buzz on the Red Carpet Event

On February 23, the 30-year-old stepped onto the red carpet at the Buzz on the Red Carpet event decked out in a white strapless Emanuel Ungaro knee-length dress and nude Christian Louboutin heels. She was there to promote the Bohemian-chic inspired line of the Nicole Richie Collection which debuted on QVC the following day.

"Fashion Star"

Set to debut on March 13 on NBC, the fashion mogul is a mentor on the new reality show "Fashion Star" alongside Jessica Simpson and John Varvatos. On March 2 she tweeted "Missing my @NBCFashionStar friends @johnvarvatos & @JessicaSimpson ! Can't wait to reunite! #fashionstar" The show focuses on unknown designers who compete against each other to have their collection debut at a major department store.

Offers up kids

Considering her friend Jessica Simpson is pregnant with her first child, the mother-of-two offered to let the singer watch her 4-year-old and 2-year-old for awhile. When asked if she had any advice to offer she said ''I offered [Jessica] to take my kids up until she has hers. That didn't really work." The health-conscious mom has previously said that she doesn't allow her kids to have sugar, juice or dairy.
