By Jethro Nededog LOS ANGELES (TheWrap.com) - Makeovers aren't just for contestants on Oxygen's model competition, "The Face." The series is making a few changes for next season. For Season 2, two new model coaches, Lydia Hearst and Anne V, will join star coach and executive producer Naomi Campbell. Additionally, host Nigel Barker will be back in an expanded role, which will now include a mentor/advisor role a la "Project Runway's" Tim Gunn. "Anne V and Lydia are passionate, accomplished and highly regarded supermodels in the fashion industry," said Oxygen Medias senior vice president of programming and development Rod Aissa in a statement. "Bringing in two new coaches for season two of ‘The Face' alongside the legendary Naomi Campbell gives our cast of hopefuls the ultimate opportunity to learn from the industry's best." Hearst, who's heir to the Hearst Publishing fortune, has modeled for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Elle. The 28-year-old has also modeled for designers Louis Vuitton, Moschino, Prada and DKNY. Russian model, Anne V, has appeared on the covers of Vogue, Elle and Glamour. She has appeared in every edition of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue since 2005 and walked in the 2008, 2010, and 2011 Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows. Previously, Karolina Kurkova and Coca Rocha served as coaches on the show's first season. Renewed in April for 10 episodes, the Shine America production divides 12 model hopefuls assigned to three teams to be mentored by one of the star coaches. They're put through several modeling scenarios and one will earn a contract as the face of a national brand. Since its American run, both UK's Sky Living and Australia's Foxtel have announced regional versions of "The Face" will air in those countries. "We are thrilled to welcome Anne V and Lydia to ‘The Face,' which is fast becoming a global phenomenon," says Shine America president and executive producer Eden Gaha. "Alongside Naomi, our supermodel coaches will make an incredible team of mentors for a new group of hopeful models. This upcoming season promises to be truly compelling." "The Face" Season 2 will debut in early-2014.
