Jennifer Lawrence has been named the Most Desirable Woman of 2013 by AskMen. So is Hollywood hungry for youthful actresses like the star of "The Hunger Games?"

AskMen editor in chief James Bassil pointed out that women over 40 have been appearing on the Most Desirable list more and more in recent years, but that doesn't mean that older actresses are having an easy time scoring great movie roles. In fact, more and more young actresses like Jen are getting cast as the love interests of much-older actors.

In "Silver Linings Playbook," 22-year-old Jennifer Lawrence plays the love interest of 37-year-old actor Bradley Cooper. Filmgoers might find it odd that an actress who just played a teenager is now romancing a man approaching age 40, but director David O. Russell was so wowed by her Skype audition that he just had to cast her. The director had reservations about giving Jen the role at first because of her youth, but later described her as "ageless."

Jen isn't the only actress on AskMen's list who has been cast as the love interest of a much-older actor. Seventh place finisher Kristen Stewart recently landed a role as Ben Affleck's love interest in the movie "Focus," which reportedly calls for the duo to shoot "passionate" love scenes. Ben is 40 and Kristen is 22.

But of course Kristen Stewart probably doesn't have an issue with the age difference-she did cheat on Robert Pattinson with 41-year-old director Rupert Sanders.

This wouldn't be the first time Ben has gotten romantic with a much-younger star. Earlier this year he joked that his 25-year-old "The Town" costar Blake Lively made him feel old by revealing that she had no idea that he and Matt Damon won an Oscar together for "Good Will Hunting." Blake snagged the 13th spot on AskMen's list.

Like Ben, Bradley Cooper doesn't seem to mind starring alongside much-younger actresses-he's in talks to work with 24-year-old Emma Stone on a Cameron Crowe comedy. Emma finished fifth on the list of the most desirable women.

Mila Kunis is one of the oldest actresses to make the top ten this year, and the 29-year-old actually managed to finish second behind Jennifer. Mila's leading man in the comedy "Ted" was 41-year-old Mark Wahlberg, who she described as a "big brother."

So do you think that it's weird that younger actresses are getting cast as the love interests of much-older male leads? And should actresses over 30 start worrying about twenty-something starlets like the Most Desirable Woman of 2013 stealing the roles they would usually get?
