Modern Family’s Eric Stonestreet Asked to Leave Dodgers Game After Argument

Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet was asked to leave the Los Angeles Dodgers game Saturday night after reportedly getting into an argument with another fan, according to TMZ.

The Emmy winner, 41, reportedly said something to a St. Louis Cardinals fan after the fan heckled a Dodgers player, according to the site. The two exchanged words and security eventually intervened and asked Stonestreet to leave. According to video footage of the incident, the man Stonestreet argued with was also asked to leave.

Stonestreet is nominated for an outstanding supporting actor in a comedy Emmy for the third year in a row. Modern Family returns with new episodes on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 9/8c on ABC.
