No one ever said that models weren't known for going to extremes to maintain their bodies.
In Miranda Kerr's case, she relies on the combo of working out while spending quality time with her and Orlando Bloom's son, Flynn, 14 months.
"Sometimes I actually hold my son and do squats because he's like a weight," Miranda told OnTheRedCarpet.com last month about her son who was a hefty 9 lbs, 12 oz when he was born in January 2011.
When it comes to her actual, no-baby-necessary workout routine, Kerr, 28, says "since the baby, I've started to really up my Pilates routine, so that you get that really good, core strength. And I do a lot more squats and resistance training now, that's for sure."
"I always have to be swimsuit ready," she concluded, which is especially true being that three of her Victoria's Secret colleagues all have a bun in the oven!
Brazilian beauties Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima are both currently expecting their second children, and Lily Aldridge is pregnant with her first.
