Meek Mill Apologizes to Girlfriend Nicki Minaj On Stage, Doubles Down on Drake Accusation

Meek Mill is calming down from his epic Twitter rant on Tuesday.

After the rapper called out both Nicki Minaj's ex, Safaree Samuels, and Drake, claiming that the "Started From the Bottom" rapper doesn't write his own raps, he apologized to his girlfriend on stage during her show Wednesday night in Virginia.

"I want to give like, a special shoutout apology to Nicki Minaj for my crazy ass going crazy on Twitter," Mill said, stroking Nicki's hair.

And judging by the way she's looking up at him adoringly, obviously, all's forgiven.

Still, Mill didn't back off the accusation that Drake didn't write his own verse on their song "R.I.C.O." together off his album Dreams Worth More Than Money.

"Don't get it twisted, I was just upset as a fan that he gave me a verse he didn't write," he said to the crowd. "What I was saying was, when it comes to rapping, when it comes to Jay-Z, Nas, Biggy Smalls and Tupac, they die for this s**t. When you coming ... and you want to be labeled as the mother f**king best, you gotta be putting that pen down all the mother f**king time."

Still, he did give a backhanded shoutout to the 28-year-old Canadian rapper.

"Shout out to Drake, let him be great in all the mother f**king lanes he's great in," he said.

While Drake has yet to directly respond to Mill, he did have a direct message exchange with rapper Hitman Holla on Wednesday, in which he said the Philadelphia rapper's diss comes along with being successful.

"I signed up for greatness. This comes with it," Drake wrote, which Hitman shared on Twitter.
