Oops! During a trip to get some late night snacks, Matthew Fox was busted for driving under the influence May 4!
Matthew Fox may have played a responsible doctor on Lost, but he had an irresponsible night in real life last Friday, May 4.
At 3:23 A.M., the 45-year-old actor was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving in his hometown of Bend, Oregon and was taken into custody, TMZ reports. The incident was supposedly alcohol-related and there was another passenger in the car.
Matthew was released later that day — and we can’t imagine his wife, Margherita Ronchi, and two kids were too pleased with his decisions!
