Malin Akerman the Latest Celeb to Talk About Tom Cruise's Tongue Skills

Swedish import Malin Akerman arrived on the Hollywood scene this year in a big way with several big films, including the upcoming movie adaptation of the popular musical "Rock of Ages." Her character in the film is tasked with kissing an aging rocker - played by Tom Cruise - and she loved it!

"The script called for the tonguiest tongue kiss of all time. And we were like, 'Let's go for it.' It was hilarious," she joked to Shape magazine in her new cover issue. "Working with Tom was a dream come true. I can die happy now."

The blonde actress is hardly the first Hollywood darling to lock lips with the charismatic star onscreen. Who else has kissed the Cruise?

Cameron Diaz

Cameron Diaz teamed up with the husband of Katie Holmes for the 2010 romantic comedy "Knight and Day." Of course, the script called for a kiss, but Diaz didn't act like it was super romantic or anything.

"We're serving the characters, it's literally the same work as driving the car. You're just trying to do the best you can for the story and the characters," the blonde stunner said while promoting the film in summer 2010.

Diaz has kissed a ton of A-list males on the big screen - including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jim Carrey and ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake -- but she refuses to kiss and tell about who has the best lip technique. A lady never tells.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Add Gwyneth Paltrow to the list of actresses who enjoyed kissing Cruise. The actress did a small cameo with him at the beginning of "Austin Powers 3" and was thrilled that the script called for some tongue action.

"I did a little cameo once at the beginning of 'Austin Powers 3,' I think it was, and I got to make out with Tom Cruise. He was an amazing kisser!" she told Rachael Ray in 2011.

Thandie Newton

British stunner Thandie Newton wasn't on the "kissing Tom Cruise is awesome" bandwagon. The actress reportedly complained at how much they had to kiss while filming the first "Mission: Impossible" segue; mostly because there were so many takes and it turns from this spontaneous thing into a chore.

"We did this scene where we had to kiss passionately at the end, and he stopped and said, 'Oh God, that was terrible. Come here and look.' And it was because I was so overenthusiastic," she told British chat show host Jonathan Ross in 2007. "So it became very clinical by the end and there was a huge skill (involved)."

She got some kissing lessons out of it, regardless - so that's got to be a good thing, right?

Would you kiss Tom Cruise if you had the opportunity?
