A report claiming Lindsay Lohan - fresh out of rehab - had "partied all night" with The Wanted's Max George surfaced Friday, but a rep for the actress says only part of the story is true.
"Lindsay did go see her good friend Max but reports of her partying are completely false," the rep told Access Hollywood on Friday, in response to the NY Post's Page Six story, which claimed the actress had "joined the British pop bad boy and his band at the all-night rager" late Wednesday evening in West Hollywood.
Following her release from Cliffside Treatment Center in Malibu on July 31, Lindsay, 27, was being accompanied by a sobriety companion for an undetermined period, a source close to the situation told Access at the time.
The sober living helper was described as a "trusted and highly qualified companion" who is "protecting" the actress.
Since leaving rehab, Lindsay successfully guest hosted "Chelsea Lately" on Monday, and has filmed a sitdown interview with Oprah Winfrey for "Oprah's Next Chapter" (set to air on OWN on Sunday, August 18, at 9 PM ET).
Additionally, OWN is slated to air a docu-series about the actress getting her life and career back together in 2014.
