Pregnant singer Lily Allen is the most recent celebrity to weigh in on the abortion debate.

The UK native took to Twitter to express her disapproval of potential changes to Britain's abortion laws, which could reduce the time limit for legal abortions from 24 weeks to 12 weeks. She vented, "Can small minded idiot blokes stop telling women whether or not they're entitled to abortions please? Enough now.." The 27-year-old later addressed "all the Pro Lifers spamming me with s**t," saying "The day the number of single father households equal the number of single mother households is the day I start to listen to their views."

Before finally welcoming a baby girl in November 2011, Allen suffered two heartbreaking miscarriages. She lost a baby in January 2008 while dating Chemical Brothers' Ed Simons; in September 2010, she and now-husband Sam Cooper lost a child when Lily became seriously ill six months into the pregnancy. She and Cooper wed in June 2011, five months before the long-awaited birth of baby Ethel Mary. In July 2012, the couple confirmed that they are again expecting.

Allen isn't the only celeb to share her views on abortion. Here are a few other stars who have joined the pro-choice, pro-life fray.

Earlier this year, mother of four Vanessa Williams opened up about having an abortion while still in her teens. "Being pregnant is the most frightening thing that happens in your life," she recalled. "I knew in high school that's something that I was not prepared to do or fight or struggle with." Williams, who discusses the abortion in her memoir, You Have No Idea, has three kids with ex-husband Ramon Hervey, and one child with ex-husband Rick Fox.

As it turns out, teen heartthrob Justin Bieber is not a "belieber" in abortion. In a 2011 interview with Rolling Stone, the (then) 16-year-old said "I really don't believe in abortion. ... I think [an embryo] is a human. It's like killing a baby." When pressed by the interviewer about whether or not abortion is acceptable in cases of rape, the "Never Say Never" singer gave a shockingly mature answer, saying "I guess I haven't been in that position, so I wouldn't be able to judge that."

Speaking of the Biebs, Justin's mother, 37-year-old Pattie Mallette, has written about Justin's conception in her new memior, Nowhere but Up. Pattie says that Justin's father, Jeremy Bieber, ended their on-again, off-again relationship in the middle of a Lamaze class and that "everyone around her" pressured her to have an abortion. Though she is pro-choice, Mallette decided to keep her "Baby, Baby, Baby." Calling her decision a "personal choice," she recalled, "I just knew [abortion] wasn't an option for me."

No stranger to controversy, Kanye West shared his thoughts on abortion via Twitter. His sentiments? "An abortion can cost a ballin' n*gga up to 50gs maybe a 100. Gold diggin' b*tches be getting pregnant on purpose." Though he has since deleted the tweet, Lily Allen responded to his comments, calling them "wrong on so many levels." There's no word yet on how his leading lady, Kim Kardashian, feels about his views.
