The shocking clip for ‘My Homies Still’ is eerily reminiscent of the ‘Dark Knight Rises’ tragedy — check out the clip below.

Lil Wayne is one of the hottest rappers around, but his new music video suffers from some of the worst timing ever.

Lil Wayne, 29, dropped his new video for “My Homies Still” on July 19, and the clip features a sequence of the rapper in a movie theatre surrounded by skeletons.

Normally, that imagery is spooky and normal for a rap clip. But hours after the release, alleged shooter James Holmes walked into a midnight screening of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, Colo., killing 12 fans and wounding countless others.

What a morbid coincidence and a strange twist on a shocking story.

Do YOU think Lil Wayne should pull the video, HollywoodLifers?
