LeAnn Rimes revealed that she wants a baby girl, but she thinks she might have to use a surrogate

The baby bumps of Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, and Kate Middleton must be making other celebs feel a bit broody -- a slew of stars recently opened up about their pregnancy game plans.

According to Us Weekly, LeAnn Rimes revealed that she and Eddie Cibrian talk about having kids "all the time." However, the country crooner also said that her hubby's sons with his ex, "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville, have worked as "birth control." So it could be a few years before the singer is ready to have her own child.

LeAnn said that she's "still young and fertile," but the she does have some concerns about her ability to conceive. Here's what she told People: "It took my mom 12 years to have me. I hope I don't have that [issue] but if I do, then a surrogate is something I've thought about. Eddie and I have also talked about adopting. My capacity to love a child doesn't stop at my own eggs, obviously!"

The "Borrowed" singer also revealed that she'd love to provide her stepsons with a baby sister. She said of being outnumbered, "Testosterone is all around here so I need a little girl!"

LeAnn Rimes isn't the only celebrity who has considered using a surrogate in the future. Sofia Vergara's character got knocked up easily on "Modern Family," but the 40-year-old actress knows that things won't be so simple for her in real life. She told Cosmopolitan magazine, "I will have to use a surrogate because I had thyroid cancer and lots of radiation."

Sofia also decided to freeze her eggs since she and fiancé Nick Loeb aren't quite ready for parenthood just yet. She said of her busy life, "I don't want to wait forever, but not yet because I'm working like an animal!" Sofia has an adult son from a previous marriage, so maybe he wouldn't mind being her baby's "manny" for a little while.

"Fashion Police" host Kelly Osbourne might also consider using a surrogate for a totally different reason. The 28-year-old is dating celebrity chef Matthew Mosshart, but she's not so sure she wants him to put a bun in her oven. She told Cosmo, "I do want babies, but I don't want a great big vagina." At least she's honest.

Khloe Kardashian is another gal who is known for not being afraid to speak her mind. The reality show star has talked a lot about her fertility struggles, but denies that she's desperate to have a baby right now. However, she's definitely dreaming about having a little one. Here's what she told Hollyscoop about whether she wants a boy or a girl: "They always say you don't care, and I really don't know if I do care...But I think it would be fun to have a boy because Lamar [Odom] is a basketball player." Khloe and Lamar tower over most of the Kardashian clan, so surely their son would be a future NBA star.

But while Khloe is focusing on one future child to spoil, actress Olivia Wilde thinks that it would be fun to have a few kids with fiancé Jason Sudeikis. During an interview with Marie Claire, she gushed about her family plans with her very funny man. "I can't wait for children. I'm open-minded about how many, but three, which I love, is like a little party," she revealed. "[Jason] is so good with kids... I've never before experienced looking at someone and thinking, 'That's who I want to raise a child with.'"

Another svelte celeb, "Star Trek" star Zoe Saldana, also knows that she wants a family in the future. However, she's not so sure about who will be helping her raise her little ones. She told Allure, "I might end up with a woman raising my children. That's how androgynous I am."

Then there's Beyonce, who was recently plagued by rogue pregnancy rumors. They died down after Jay-Z reportedly denied them, but Queen Bey is definitely open to the idea of expanding her famous fam. According to ET Online, here's what she said during a "Good Morning America" interview: "I would like more children. I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister." So maybe Blue Ivy won't be singing the I'm-an-only-child blues for too much longer.

And now for the big question: Which one of these stars will welcome a baby first? Place your bets in the comments!
