Kristen Bell has made taking over Hollywood look easy. From the time she burst on to the scene as "Veronica Mars" to making us laugh in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," the actress has proved to be a talent at both gravitas and comedy. Let's not forget that the Bell of the Ball has also done something that many of her peers only dream of doing; she makes the move between the Broadway stage and the big screen look seamless. And in a world where starlets fall in love easily with the flavor of the month, Kristen and her long time beau Dax Shepard are still holding strong.

The actress, who is also known for her healthy fit body, shared all with Erin Bried of SELF Magazine. So if you were wondering how KB maintains her athletic figure, we've got the scoop. The "Gossip Girls" diva rocks out the cover of the wellness mag in a photo shoot by Brian Bowen Smith. She positively glows in a navy blue and white striped Sonia Rykiel tank top and J Brand jeans.

Be A Vegetarian.

Yes, K-Bell is part of the Hollywood clique of vegetarians. Actually, PETA once even voted her "One of the Sexiest Vegetarians." Other stars to take the honor include: Carrie Underwood, Alicia Silverstone, Shania Twain, Kelly Pickler, Andre 3000, Kevin Eubanks, Prince, Olivia Wilde and Brit Leona Lewis. Bell told her buddies at PETA, "I have always been an animal lover. I had a hard time disassociating the animals I cuddled with-dogs and cats, for example-from the animals on my plate, and I never really cared for the taste of meat. I always loved my Brussels sprouts!"

Punch Up Your Cardio.

The "House of Lies" star keeps it moving to maintain her physique. She says that she keeps her booty looking good by emulating a bowling stance. She tells SELF, "I call it The Bowler. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and bend slightly at the waist, holding a 5-pound weight in your right hand. Squat, then swing your right hand up and left, across your body, and sweep your right foot to the left behind you, as if you're bowling. Do about eight on each side. It's amazing for the butt cheeks." We're bowling it in right now, Kristen!

The Power of Chocolate.

As anyone who has ever pursued fitness can tell you, you have to mix it up from time to time. Bell is no exception. Just like us, she needs to do a caloric splurge from time to time. The petite miss explains to the mag that chocolate is her weakness. She says, "Salted chocolate drives me wild." She also has a thing for cooking, citing, "I love to cook. I have a tiny Italian grandmother inside me. If someone walks in, I'm like, "Let me make you a sandwich!" The starlet explains, "I show love by cooking."

Bell, the brainy blonde is just getting started. She has six new movies coming out - and that's just for this year. Okay, we're bending and we're bowling, Kristen. How do we look?
