Is the Entourage movie finally happening? Depends on which member of the cast you ask.
"Yeah, it's going to happen," Connolly told the site. "It's a complicated thing, but I'm in. There are no contracts yet, but everything is fine. Everybody's in line. [In] January we'll do it."
However, in a post on his Instagram account on Oct. 17, star Adrian Grenier also refuted Wahlberg's claim, but said there were issues holding up the film."It has, & never will be about the money for me. I promise. I will always stand up for the boys (that includes you) & do what I can to make sure they are treated fairly, and not be taken advantage of by anybody," he wrote. "The spirit of Entourage is about sharing the opportunities given to us and I will sign any deal that gives ALL the boys an opportunity to share in the upside of success EQUALLY. I assure you, despite the perception, there is no greed in my heart. Remember, it will all work out in the end. It always does."
Earlier this year, Warner Bros. green-lighted the movie, which was set to take place six months after the series finale, in which Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven) was offered his dream job as the chairman of Time Warner. Jerry Ferrara, who played Turtle on the series, also went public in saying he's on board. "I'd do it for free," he told TMZ.com.
