Kelsey Grammer is in hot water regarding his parenting skills.

For the second time in a month, the parenting skills of TV star Kelsey Grammer are being called into question. According to reports, the former "Cheers" star and his wife neglected to put their baby girl in a car seat during a drive in Los Angeles. Apparently, the 4-month-old baby rode in the back seat on her mom's lap instead of a proper safety seat. A rep for the actor has denied the claims, and says that a car seat was present. "The video tape being circulated was edited and did not show that the Grammer's leaving the airport with their baby securely in the baby car seat," said the rep. The incident comes just a few weeks after the parents took little Faith to a Halloween party at the Playboy mansion. While no one wants to have their parenting skills called into question, it happens fairly often in the celebrity world. Here is a look at some of the most infamous moments of bad parenting involving stars.

Michael Jackson dangles baby

The late singer had many bizarre moments in his life, but the most memorable might have been the infamous 2002 incident in which he dangled his 9-month-old baby from a balcony. As fans looked on from the street, Michael held the baby over the railing with one arm. The moment caused a great deal of backlash for the singer, who was forced to apologize through a statement. "I offer no excuses for what happened," said Michael. "I got caught up in the excitement of the moment. I would never intentionally endanger the lives of my children."

Britney Spears drives with baby on lap

In 2006, Britney was caught on camera with son Sean Preston riding on her lap as she drove her car. Britney received a ton of criticism, but she defended her actions with claims that she was trying to avoid a member of the paparazzi. Britney said that she felt like the photographer was putting her and her baby danger. "I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us," she said. "I love my child and would do anything to protect him." Whatever the case may be, this remains one of the most notable moments in celebrity parenting history.

Alec Baldwin's voicemail

Alec proved that stars can be bad parents long after their kids are out of diapers. In 2007, a nasty voicemail that Alec left 11-year-old daughter Ireland exploded on the Internet. Among other things, he refers to his daughter as a "little pig" during the infamous message. Alec apologized for the voice mail, but his daughter thought the whole thing was overblown. In 2012, she talked about the message for the first time. For me it was like, 'OK, whatever,'" said Ireland. "I called him back I was like, 'Sorry Dad, I didn't have my phone.' That was it."
