Kate Hudson Shines in a New Ann Taylor Campaign Plus What Else She's Been Up To

Kate Hudson is a vision in yellow in her new Ann Taylor ad campaign for Summer 2012. She's sporting a bright yellow halter maxi dress that's cinched around the waist with a tan belt. Bright bangles, her giant engagement ring and simple yet beautiful makeup help complete the look. Ann Taylor's summer clothes will be available online and in stores by late April. Other than modeling, what else has the "Almost Famous" actress been up to?

Marriage rumors

Earlier this week Kate's mom Goldie Hawn made some statements that set off a barrage of marriage rumors. During an interview she said "When my daughter Kate married an English rock star [Matt Bellamy] it didn't worry me. All that matters is that the relationship is a good one. What people do is not necessarily who they are." It seems she's now backtracking on her comments (or was misquoted). When asked by a follower on Twitter about the rumors, she responded with, "Darling once again twisted the truth. They aren't married. Xx."

Topshop CEO party

The 32-year-old was recently one of the many who celebrated the 60th birthday of Topshop CEO, Philip Green. For the big day he flew 150 guests down to the Rosewood Mayakoba Resort at Playa del Carmen. Some of the major names on the guest list included Leonardo DiCaprio, Gwyneth Paltrow, Simon Cowell and Naomi Campbell. He also had plenty of entertainment at the event including Chris Brown, Cee Lo Green and Michael Buble. The party reportedly lasted five days and four nights. One can only imagine the total price tag of the entire shindig.

"A Little Bit of Heaven" poster

The poster for the movie "A Little Bit of Heaven," was recently released and the blonde beauty looks fabulous as usual. In the movie she falls in love with her doctor (played by Gael Garcia Bernal). Other stars in the movie include Kathy Bates, Whoopi Goldberg and Steven Weber. The movie heads into theaters on May 4, 2012.
