Kate Gosselin Update: New Job, New Face?

Yahoo Contributor Network

She has already admitted to a tummy tuck and she may spend some time in a tanning booth, but reality star-turned-coupon-blogger Kate Gosselin draws the line at facelifts. At least for now.

The mom of eight recently posted on her Coupon Cabin blog, "With all of the buzz about me having had a facelift, I will confirm that I have not had one (I am only 36!!!). But, I will take all of the talk about how rested and young I look as a compliment! So thanks!"

Gosselin then proceeded to dish out coupon codes for "some great skin care deals" on lines including Kiehl's, Clinique, Murad and Crabtree and Evelyn.

But inquiring minds want to know, what exactly does Kate use to get that fresh-faced glow?

Last fall she rocked a bikini on the cover of People Magazine and announced that her body is "all real, " denying that she's had Botox injections and breast implants. But she did fess up to using Ole-Henriksen Ultimate Lift Eye Gel, which she compared to "Botox in a jar."

On Gosselin's personal website, her pal and makeup artist Deanna Bell recently offered skin care tips that Kate is no doubt using, such as "Go to sleep" and "Get moving!" She also advised eating foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids, such as avocados, eggs, salmon and tuna, drinking plenty of water, and sleeping on clean bed linens washed in irritant-free laundry detergent.

Kate has long been been vocal about her exercise regimen, which includes running outdoors (she recently tweeted that she's training to run the Rock and Roll Marathon in Las Vegas -- yes, all 26. 2 miles of it!) and eating organic foods whenever possible.

And then there's that hair, which is (finally!) extension free. According to RadarOnline, Kate uses the summery-smelling Ted Gibson's Clarity Color Shampoo and Conditioner on her blonde locks -- and her hair has never looked better.

As for Kate's all-around changed appearance, which has been drastic over the past few years, eagle-eyed surgeons may smell a secret surgery, but one shouldn't discount her newfound hobby of running. Her whole body has changed-- not just her face-- and as she has been training for her first-ever marathon, the reality star has been logging some really long runs, some in excess of 10 miles.

In fact, Kate recently tweeted, "Ran 10 miles around r driveway just before dinner...which is thanksgiving leftovers!"

Yeah, that'll burn off some organic turkey!
