This holiday season, moviegoers can enjoy the latest sure-to-be hit film from director Judd Apatow and his beautiful wife Leslie Mann. "This is 40" will serve as a quasi-sequel to the 2007 film "Knocked Up," but will focus on the married characters played by Mann and actor Paul Rudd. The upcoming movie is definitely a family affair for Judd. In addition to casting his wife in the lead role, his two daughters will also reprise their roles from "Knocked Up." The two, who have been married since 1997, have been working together ever since Judd produced the 1996 comedy "The Cable Guy." Since that time, they have worked together on hits like "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" and "Funny People." This is one husband and wife team that works well together, but they aren't alone. Here is a look at some other married stars that have worked together on multiple films.
Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor
Ben married the blonde beauty in 2000 after they had met on the short-lived TV show "Heat Vision and Jack." Since that time, Christine has appeared with her husband in a number of films. In addition to playing major roles in "Zoolander" and "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story," she also made a cameo appearance in "Tropic Thunder." Though they haven't worked on the same movie in a few years, they continue to find balance in their relationship. "We're lucky these days because there are so many ways to Skype, e-mail," said the actress when talking about communication. "And you can take airplanes these days to visit when you're working."
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson
The two-time Oscar winning star has worked with his wife on a number of films over the course of their long marriage. The couple met while filming the comedy "Volunteers" in 1985 and have had a strong working relationship ever since. Rita has had small roles in several movies that featured Hanks as either an actor or director, most recently in 2011 when she played a goofy loan officer in "Larry Crowne." The two also co-produced the 2002 hit "My Big Fat Greek Wedding."
Len Wiseman and Kate BeckinsaleWhile filming the 2003 vampire thriller "Underworld," the stunning British beauty fell in love with the director and they have been together ever since. They were married in 2004 and have teamed up for several "Underworld" sequels over the years. Earlier this month, their latest collaboration hit theaters when "Total Recall" was released. Kate ditches the vampire fangs to play a wife with evil motives, but it isn't a reflection of her real marriage. "We obviously don't have that sort of relationship," she joked while promoting the film. "Len is still walking around!"
