Jonathan Lipnicki Explains How He Got His Hot Body

Jonathan Lipnicki was adorable as Renee Zellweger's know-it-all son in Tom Cruise's 1996 smash Jerry Maguire -- but those days are long gone.

The actor, now 21, stunned fans on Thursday when pictures of his incredibly chiseled, buff body surfaced online. Lipnicki began beefing up for his role in For the Love of Money, and though his shirtless scene was cut, "I kind of became a gym rat."

"The more results I saw, the more dedicated I became," Lipnicki tells Us Weekly. "It is such a great feeling to see your hard work pay off. I mean, if I'm gonna skip the In n Out burgers, there better be light at the end of the tunnel!"

Lipnicki's hard work has certainly paid off.

"I work free-weights and do circuit training with my trainer 4-5 times a week," he says. "I also train in Brazilian Ju Jitsu several times a week."

The former child star adds that he leads "a very active lifestyle, whether it's hiking with my dog or hitting the snow for snowboard season. I always like to keep myself moving."

Next up for the Stuart Little star? "A dark indie entitled Tag, which I star in alongside Christopher Mintz-Plasse," he tells Us. "I also executive produced my first film, Broken Roads, which is a really great drama about loss and perseverance."
