Actor Jonah Hill recently split with his longtime girlfriend Jordan Klein, according to Us. Though the "Moneyball" star hasn't shared the reason for the breakup, one source speculated that the difficulties of being in a long distance relationship took their toll on the couple. Another source spotted the 27-year-old with a different woman at a recent event.
The newly single actor will no doubt be dating soon. What else is he up to?
Starring in the new "21 Jump Street." The young funnyman will show off his skills in the upcoming film based on the 90s TV show. The movie tells the tale of a group of young-looking law-enforcement officials who go undercover at high schools to expose crime. The actor stars alongside Channing Tatum and Johnny Depp, who starred in the original TV series way back in the day. We hope this movie is as much of a guilty pleasure as the original.
Losing weight. To get healthy and to prepare for his role in "21 Jump Street," the once-plump actor lost a lot of weight. He worked with a nutritionist and personal trainer to shed the extra pounds safely, but his drastic weight loss has left some wondering if the "Superbad" star's transformation from supersize to slim went too far. That's Hollywood for you - you're either too fat or too thin. You just can't win! We applaud Jonah for focusing on being healthy.
Writing sitcoms. The "Funny People" star is on a serious writing streak at the moment. He created, produces and stars in the new animated series "Allen Gregory" that will air on FOX. Plus, the actor has just inked a deal on a live-action sitcom for his pal comedian Hannibal Buress, also for FOX, according to Reuters. No doubt this is just the start of the star's writing career.
Even more films. If it sounds like the actor's got a lot on his plate, just wait until you hear about the list of upcoming projects the "Megamind" star has on deck. He's currently filming "Neighborhood Watch," a suburban comedy that also stars Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn and Will Forte. Then, he'll take a turn in "Good Time Gang," an action comedy with Mark Wahlberg. And after that, the star will direct and act in "Jay and Seth vs. the Apocalypse" with James Franco and Seth Rogen. He's one busy guy.
