Jennifer Lopez has opened up about her many loves.

Jennifer Lopez has opened up about her 2011 split from ex-husband Marc Anthony. The couple, who had twins together in 2008, split last July after seven years of marriage. More than a year later, the beautiful star talked about just how rough the experience was for her. "I was going through a divorce and the breakup of a family, which was devastating to me because family means everything to me," she said. "I didn't want to be the woman who stayed in bed for months. I did do that a little, but I knew I had to get through it."

Jennifer also said that she wanted to turn the split into something positive, and she's certainly done that. She's currently dating 25-year-old Casper Smart, and her career is as strong as it's ever been. While Jen isn't known for discussing her former relationships, she has opened up a little about them in the past. Here are some of the things that Jen has had to say about her lost loves.

Ben Affleck

Everyone remembers the days of "Bennifer." For a time, the engaged couple was one of the most frequently discussed topics in Hollywood. Not long before their rumored wedding was supposed to take place, Ben and Jen called it quits in 2003. Many speculated that constant media scrutiny played a role in the split, but Jen was fairly mum on what really happened. Years later, she opened up about just how hurt she was at losing him. "This was the first time and it was tough," she told VH1. "When you go through that kind of heartbreak in front of everybody you are not quite the same person you were before." It seems their connection was real, and Ben recently admitted to staying in touch with his former flame.

Puff Daddy

Before falling for Ben, the singer was involved in a relationship with the rap mogul. In fact, Diddy was on Jen's arm when she sported the infamous green dress at the 2000 Grammy Awards. The couple called it quits early in 2001, and it's safe to say that she doesn't look back at Diddy with the same affection she had for Ben. "It was very fast, but we did have a connection," she said in hindsight. "We did fall in love and we were very close. But my relationship with him was always something I knew would end. It started out as something very pure and innocent. But it did get ugly, it did get sordid."
