Will Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux elope? Wedding reported to be more low key than her first

For her second walk down the aisle, Jennifer Aniston is taking a much more laid-back approach. While her $1 million wedding to Brad Pitt in 2000 had much fanfare (200 guests, fireworks, and a 40-piece gospel choir!), this time around she’s planning a more intimate affair.

It will be so low-key in fact, the two may just elope! Us Weekly and People both report that the former “Friends” star may forgo a big wedding and run off with Theroux and invite no one. But those close to the couple are betting on a destination wedding, perhaps somewhere tropical since Aniston loves the beach so much, she goes to Mexico and Hawaii a few times a year.

But that doesn’t mean it won’t have its lavish touches. Aniston, 43, “will celebrate in high style,” a friend tells Us Weekly. Still, her to-be-hubby won’t let her go too over the top. “Justin isn’t as flashy as the men she’s been with in the past, so it won’t go too over-the-top,” adds the source, who also doesn’t believe there will any bridesmaids or groomsmen (Aniston had two for her wedding to Pitt). But there will be one special person by Aniston’s side, just as she has been for all the ups and downs over the years: her best friend, Courteney Cox. Although the “Cougar Town” star wasn’t in her wedding party the first time around, she will serve as the witness to her nuptials with Theroux, adds Life & Style magazine.

The weekly magazine also reports that the former “Friends” star wants it so casual, a pal of hers joked that she might walk down the aisle in jeans and flip-flops because “that’s how she’s most comfortable.” (Let’s hope that’s not true!) Aniston and Theroux will also be writing their own vows for the simple ceremony – just like she and Pitt did, too.
