Jennifer Aniston

Envy Jennifer Aniston's trim-and-taut frame? Better be ready to commit to yoga. The former "Friends" actress credits her body to regular workouts courtesy of her longtime friend and yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber.

"We were a lot rounder," Aniston said earlier this week of how her relationship with Ingber is different now than it was then. Over time, Ingber helped the future wife of Justin Theroux learn to love her legs.

"That was always my 'ugh,' my legs," Aniston said of her least favorite body part."That's why I credit her for [them] -- with yoga."

It's only natural that celebrities befriend their personal trainers - they spend so much time with them, after all. However, some celebs and their trainers go from friends to serious BFFs.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Tracy Anderson

Tracy Anderson admits that sometimes it's hard not to get really involved in the lives of her celebrity clients.

"I'm a teacher first. But sometimes that's hard!" she said in 2011.

We'll say: The controversial trainer is always by actress Gwyneth Paltrow's side.

"I'll never forget it. She was like, 'Oh, my God, wow, I just am so surprised, because you look so good in clothes. I wasn't expecting this,'" Paltrow told Redbook magazine of meeting her now bestie.

And just how close are they? Close enough to open a salon together.

Kim Kardashian and Gunnar Peterson

Kim Kardashian doesn't trust her curvy body to just anyone. Who's entrusted with that position? Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. The buff fitness guru got Kardashian in shape for her ill-fated wedding to Kris Humphries in 2011.

These days? He's apparently keeping her baby bump in shape.

"We use everything from dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, ropes and cables. For cardio, we'll use the antigravity treadmill and recumbent bikes," he told E! News of her pregnancy workouts.

Melissa McCarthy and Jillian Michaels

Jillian Michaels might be a tough-as-nails trainer on NBC's "The Biggest Loser," but that doesn't mean she's heartless. The trainer and new mom came to pal Melissa McCarthy's defense when movie reviewer Red Reed criticized the comedian's weight.

"That kind of prejudice is wrong in every possible way," Michaels said of Reed's review of "Identity Thief." Reed called her every name in the book, including "hippo."

"I'm here to say when you do things like that, it's spreading harm and it's hurtful and it's prejudice," Michaels said of the fat shaming.
