Hilary Duff Sued Over Car Accident
Hilary Duff has been sued over a 2010 car accident, E! News reports.
In the lawsuit, obtained by E!, Rachel Owens claims that Duff crashed her Range Rover into her car on Dec. 12, 2010 and that she incurred serious injuries from the accident.
Owens contends she was "hurt and injured in her health, strength and activity, sustaining injury to her nervous system," according to the suit. She also alleges that the damage caused by the crash impaired her from fulfilling her job requirements, though her job remains unknown.
